BLACK GIRLS RULE!
EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK
TRACE Magazine presents:
The 2009 BLACK GIRLS RULE Issue
featuring Arlenis Sosa

If you follow fashion, you’re more than likely up on 2007′s breakout young star Chanel Iman.
But every hot young model has to have equally hot model friends, right?
Meet Arlenis Sosa.
Twenty-year-old Dominican born Sosa is the new face of TRACE Magazine’s annual BLACK GIRLS RULE issue. Previous issues have featured captivating women like Alicia Keys, Lauryn Hill, and legendary model Iman.
Signed on the spot after walking into Marilyn Agency in March of ’08, Sosa booked editorial spreads at VOGUE and VOGUE Italia within weeks. Just one year into her career, Sosa has walked in a myriad of shows for a who’s-who list of top labels, including Christian Dior, Oscar de la Renta, Diane von Furstenberg, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, and the list continues.
As with all TRACE Black Girls Rule featured women, there’s more to Sosa than a striking face or a fierce strut. This pretty young thing ’rules’ for numerous reasons – so be sure to pick up TRACE‘s Black Girls Rule issue, on sale and on PDF at trace212.com, early July.
