Christina Aguilera Gets ‘Bionic’ on New Album
Check out Christina Aguilera, who graces the cover of the upcoming February issue of Marie Claire magazine. In the interview Christina talks about where she is now in life and music, including exclusive details on her new album! The piece, written by Gaby Wood, is a great read for casual or hardcore Aguilera fans – and features some great photos of a gorgeous Aguilera, thanks to photographer Peggy Sirota and Fashion Editor Leslie Fremar.
Aguilera reveals the album, due in March, will be titled ‘Bionic‘ and features songs like “Glam” – a ‘poppy, hip-hop-inflected throwback to Madonna’s “Vogue“‘ – a likely contender for the lead single, and more-than-likely produced by hit-maker Tricky, and co-written by Claude Kelly. Other song titles revealed include the ‘addictive electronic title track,‘ “Bionic”, as well as “Lullaby”, a ballad dedicated to Aguilera’s nearly 2-year-old son, Max – co-written by Christina and singer-songwriter Sia – that managed to move writer Gaby Wood to tears.
