Marsha Ambrosius Officially Signs to J Records
Marsha Ambrosius, a friend and favorite of TheWaitingRoom, is releasing her long-awaited solo debut album in 2010. Once signed as a songwriter to Dr. Dre’s Aftermath label, the question now is Marsha’s record label situation for her own album – which Marsha and her team have kept under wraps for quite some time – until now!
Last night at the Alicia Keys & Friends concert showcase at The Apollo, up and coming singer-songwriter Jermaine Paul introduced Marsha and proudly, though somewhat unexpectedly, announced that Marsha is officially part of the J Records family! Marsha finds herself in good company at the label founded by Clive Davis, with J Records label mates including Alicia Keys, Annie Lennox, D’angelo, Jazmine Sullivan, Jennifer Hudson, Mario, Monica, Santana, Whitney Houston, and more!
