After Alicia Keys and her team seemingly shelved the video for the Beyonce dance duet “Put It In a Love Song”, they moved right along and shot a video for one of the initial favorites off her ‘The Element of Freedom’ album, “Unthinkable (I’m Ready)”, featuring Drake.

I love how this video has specific settings - taking place over various time periods, and an actual meaningful storyline – when most videos today are just glamour shots of the star. Leave it to Alicia Keys to almost always give us something a bit more substantial than her peers. Oh, and apparently the word is Alicia is pregnant, too – so congrats to her on that!
