You may not have heard of Big K.R.I.T. before this post, but I’m sure this won’t be the last time you do.

I had heard of this Mississippi-based rapper/producer before, but never really heard his music, until Angel (you know her as the HBIC over at ConcreteLoop) posted the audio for “The Vent” (off K.R.I.T.’s Return of 4Eva mixtape) on her own blog, AngelOnFire.

Now, the official video for “The Vent” has dropped, and gives me the perfect opportunity to post about how dope K.R.I.T. is. Not only does he (obviously) write all his music, but he produces it, as well. I’m noticing a trend of up & coming rappers also producing (J. Cole is another artist who also produces that I’ve had my eye, and ears, on for a while). Watch “The Vent” now below.
